Laura Spurigo – Pet Resort Coordinator

Hi, I’m Laura, and I’ve known my whole life that I wanted to work with animals. I attended Lebanon Valley College and obtained my degree in biology and behavior. After graduation, I accepted a scientific internship at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where I was involved in Conservation reproductive biology, working with all types of exotic species. After my internship ended, I became the supervisor of the kennels at the Magic Kingdom. Although I loved Florida, I missed my hometown Pennsylvania, and was very happy to accept a position here at Neffsville Pet Resort.

    Karen Prue

Hi! I’m Karen Prue. I have been a Neffsville Veterinary Clinic Animal Caretaker on weekends since July of 2001. Since I really love animals, I thought this would be a fun place to work and at the same time give love and care to your beloved friends while they are away from you and your home. Nothing is better than doggie kisses and kitty purrs. My full time job is a receptionist at United Disabilities Services. Through their Service Dog program, I am the proud caretaker of their demo dog, Zap. Zap is a 9 year old Golden Retriever. I also have three sweet cats: Chanel, Jaxx, and Mocha. In my spare time I enjoy many card game nights with friends and family.
